Fouras is a lovely coastal town in France, but it's best you know its S is silent before reading the poem. It is not FourAS but FourAH.

My precious little gem
I found her many years ago
We've been in love since then

I'll soon see her again
She'll greet me as a friend
Her beauty and charm to lend
