Bye for now

Trump won and is in the process of "losing his mind" big time, mostly by berating or insulting other countries; meanwhile, Europe is fucked, the world is becoming a toxic and fascist nightmare, the whole of Africa is reverting to corrupt tribalism, China must remember that repressing millions is ultimately futile and Putin is running a once proud population into the ground, making friends with and giving sanctuary to other "leaders" of disrepute, not forgetting Israel who seem to be brewing a regional war for themselves whilst Trump, as pathologically eager as ever to keep himself in the front page headlines, has joined in. He and his cronies are beyond words, signalling that they want their quarter of the influential areas of the world, China can take theirs, Russia theirs and Europe can muddle their way to theirs.

You get my drift. I'm going back to reading books and listening to my music in a fairly simple, isolated life. Bye for now.

Gut reaction

This article popped up for me and crystalized my thoughts into a simple statement. "Fuck that, just send him home", as did a news report about an illegal immigrant still applying for asylum (from what?), who has been jailed for espousing and glorifying terrorism. Don't jail this parasite, just force him back to Turkey.

We don't need people like this importing their fights, their bigotry, their sob-stories, their desires, their criminality, their lack of comprehension about their newly desired social norms, their rabid religious inclinations, their "tribal" and "ethno-centric" aspirations for themselves but not the women around them, nor anyone else who is not like them.

To the British government I repeat myself - grow a pair, stop being nice to anyone who rocks up illegally, or those that facilitate their uninvited arrival. Block any appeal that they or their parasitic legal teams come up with and stop pandering to thought's of being "fair" - life isn't fair and gratuitous charity just leads to dependence or further deceptions.

If the UK were likened to a ship, the crew are reaching mutiny because the captain will not repel boarders.

I don't want to feel like this!

The Spanish enclave of Ceuta was recently "invaded" by over 60,000 co-ordinated migrants in one day. They over-ran local border protocols and seemingly proved that mass invasion is the way to arrive. A BBC reporter was there at the time and it is alarming to see such an invasion, so may I refer you back to the "ship's" captain(s).

I've just read this post back to myself and never thought I could endorse such thoughts, but I am sick to death of  hearing the incessant drip of the national mantra that we must help such parasitic and needy peoples of the world. If arriving from a war zone house them as "guests" then repatriate them as one would prisoners of war.

At the age of 68 I'm almost ashamed, but actuality has pushed me here.

Why come to us to for sanctuary as you "fight" your hate-fuelled cause?

THAT'S LIFE!

In a world of insecurity,
built upon adversity
and ruled with hypocrisy
by oft' corrupt bureaucracy,
that pollute the word democracy
with aims of autocracy,
silently eating individuality
and fostering conformity.
Whatever happened to
the silent majority?

Remember: Gisèle Pelicot

Sometimes it is good to remember that "little" people(s) of the world often achieve or survive many things, only to slip down the cracks of history, back into obscurity. Here is a French-born woman, Gisèle Pelicot, who bravely gave up anonymity in order to facilitate her unswerving determination to have her horrific abuse, by her husband and the men of a whole village, made known to the public (now world-wide). She has dignity and determination for justice that many should admire.

To start to understand her and her story start here.

Gisèle's is an extraordinary female abuse case, with the twist being that for decades her husband had regularly drugged her in order to film village residents raping and defiling her unconscious self, luckily without recollection by her. It was only the chance discovery of over 22,000 videos on her husband's computer that initiated the trial of a whole village.

Gisèle Pelicot (An dignified and inspirational survivor)

Gisèle has stated that she wants to move on from this very public ordeal; she has divorced her abuser, reverted to her maiden name and relocated within France to hopefully enjoy the simple pleasure of life amongst her family and remaining friends. Having shared her moment in history I believe she now wants to find a route back into obscurity, but with her current fame will she and her immediate family be able to do so, for a family rift has developed prior to appeals being heard in courts that she is determined to attend as a witness.

With the end of her court case she made a final dignified statement. Best wishes Giséle.

The postscript to Gisele's case was that her husband got 20 years prison and half the village (-named here-) got from 10-15 years each; her daughter Caroline Darian said their father should die in prison.

Gisele's trauma is opening the eyes and ears of many, asking difficult questions about modern society as similar cases were uncovered in the UK and a UK National Crime Agency (NCA) report revealed an organised international network of abusers.

Another abuse scandal was exposed in France, though that was the opposite of Gisèle's case, with one person systematically abusing many others; paedophile doctor Joel Le Scouarnec's trial revealed much, especially the apparent indifference of the public and of those around him who knew of his crimes. I have to ask, what else is going on?

Societies ability to accept and normalize such crimes leads me to wonder where are the Gisèle tapes now and will Netflix make yet another "human interest docudrama" film?

Feeling Teary?

Tonight, as I write this I am feeling teary. Whilst not blubbering, I am definitely teary. I don't know why, but feelings of not being worthwhile (of what only God knows) are here, so I've been trawling YouTube for personal comforters. Just something to make me smile. If you are feeling teary my advice is let them flow and "keep calm and carry on" as us Traditional Brits do. These may help you for a while .....

Skin rash?

I was shocked when a doctor told me several years ago that I had Scabies and that it was a notifiable disease (in the UK), meaning I had to cancel Christmas and notify recent contacts!

I thought it was a thing of the past, but not so.

I'd been scratching at an itch on my neck, which soon appeared on an arm and one shin, becoming persistent and concerning, so off I went to the "quack". She took all of 15 seconds to diagnose Scabies, saying I'd probably picked it up 2-3 weeks previously from someone or shared materials. (towel/sheet/pillow?).

It itches like fury as mites burrow and feed under your skin, depositing their eggs along the way. A prescribed cream kills them, though the process by which your skin exudes them over time itches even more! It was months until my skin went back to normal and I was greatly relieved. I though my scabies was bad but there is a worse variety.

Not all ailments of the skin are as straightforward to diagnose and these days, with the NHS and GP services failing, there must be many people waiting for an accurate diagnosis of what is wrong with their skin, though some do get lucky

That which caused me to search for skin problems recently was finally diagnosed as Cellulitis, but while you wait you may wish to peruse these sites.

How many people in the world?

I came across this website, which you may be tempted to visit, that gives details about the world's human population.

We humans are the "elephant in the room" when looking at many world problems, from famine to war, to monumental destruction of habitat, including our own. Cutting the number of children being conceived for a couple of years might is a good and long-lasting solution?

People / Km2 - The UK is officially full so stay away!

I think a falling global population can be our only viable option for human continuance, but many "professional" Demographers and the Chinese state do not, citing population growth is needed to facilitate market growth, as if "growth" is good for the world as opposed to merely good for multi-nationals. The Chinese population seemingly desire less humans for their birth rate continues to fall.

Fewer "workers" mean more robots can be used, which can be switched off or on as demand varies; it means less is demanded from the Earth and we can proceed with more and more set-aside for re-wilding.

Those who say we need more people to defend ourselves (war) forget that we could produce robot armies to our hearts content and virtually automate wars if we have the wealth to do so. I just don't see  continuous human population growth as being desirable in any way, as many in more enlightened populations are demonstrating by a "jaw-dropping" global fall in babies, which the UN tell us is now an unprecedent fall in global fertility.  Good!

My latest source of information tells us that we have entered and era of new birth trends.

Sex, Sex, Sex and then just a bit more sex

Maybe because of my age, or a growing awareness of the ages of my four granddaughters, I am becoming sensitised, almost to a point of anger, to the constant drip-drip of overt and overly sexualised images and attitudes that we are all exposed to by "the media". Maybe I am just becoming an old git?

The lazy, easy-money sales pitch that sex(ynes) is all we need to be successful, appreciated and happy, even normal, is seemingly becoming more prevalent, whilst the further assertion that to be "sexy" you have to be young and thin is almost as obscene as the constant exploitation and pitching of aspirational sex(ynes).

Anyway - I'm not sure where to go with this blog so I've posted a poem (from long ago) when tenderness and affection did not require an obligatory fist of fun. (Wink Wink - know what I mean!)

The NHS is dead

The NHS is nearly dead!

For years the British National Health Service (NHS) has been touted as the best public healthcare organisation in the world. IT IS NOT, nor has it been so for decades. It is no longer able to fulfil its intended responsibilities (set out in post-war years) and is no longer fit for purpose; indeed the latest (Labour) Government are finally acknowledging its final demise is near. Whether by intent, ignorance, inefficiency, political meddling, encroachment by profit taking private leaches, poor financial and resource planning, waste and loss of control over critical supporting components, including loss of doctors to other countries; it is no longer fit for purpose. Public confidence is at its lowest level, with over 7.5 million diagnosed treatment requirements listed that remain outstanding, with some lists over a year long; even the patience of patients (including me) is coming to an and as a national swath of excuses continue (I'm sick of still hearing the Covid backlog excuse!). It is currently so dysfunctional that even overseas newscasters report it and millions of pounds are "lost" as it insidiously outsource problems of their own creation, thereby accelerating the breakdown (break-up?) of the NHS in to a two-tier system of patient care: For those able to shop-around within the offered services and those that are not. Duplicity is also prevalent in the overseers of the NHS.

We, the people, have allowed numerous governments to stealthily wind back the spirit of the NHS and its peripheral infrastructures for decades now. It is our fault that the NHS is failing, because we allow fuckwit politicians and "apparatchiks" to do as they desire under cover of "our" ignorance, indifference or apathy; that is not to say medical professionals within the NHS are blameless, for they have kept their timid heads down for years with few publicised whistle-blowers, perhaps because they know their money would keep coming anyway, or because an acknowledged and growing "toxic and bullying" culture intimidates them as parts rot from the inside. Even the Governments Care Quality Commission has been reviewed as not fit for purpose. To paraphrase a comment by former Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, "too many (in the NHS) have become very comfy in the tepid bath of managed decline". Ouch!

Labour clearly wanted to shake-up the NHS following the sudden departure of the head of NHS England, so they abolished NHS England (and its 10000 employees), with the hope of successfully drilling down into issues that are long-standing and all too apparent. The former administrative body's work will be taken up by the Department of Health and Social Care who will look to changing how the NHS is run. It looks like the new broom in town is going to give the NHS a good scrubbing, though I understand few will mourn its passing. I had no understanding of what NHS England did, nor NHS Scotland and NHS Wales, but this article helped.

Everyone paying tax in the UK is statutorily contributing to the largest single employer in Europe and they are getting bugger-all back in many areas of the NHS once deemed important:  free prescriptions - gone, free dentistry and eyecare - gone, the availability of many local and social caring systems - gone, effective hospital administration - gone, effective GP services - gone. (GP now stands for generally poor as "super practices" are being formed throughout the land, giving service that at best is perfunctory). Everything we should value has been costed and wherever possible outsourced to organisations unknown and hidden in plain sight under NHS headed notepapers, in order to gain "efficiencies" and cost savings that have not made the NHS "better". Money that is being spent seems to be going on new estate, cutting edge medicines that benefit few, and all manner of frippery and corruption that doesn't really cure anyone; here I am thinking of the following: Political correctness and wokery,  help with being fat (eat less), smoking (just get on and die), drug addiction by self abuse (ditto), chronic self-harming (ditto), childlessness (adopt or foster and thereby save a poor soul) and addiction to computer game playing for God's sake (81 units in the UK). Most noticeable is the erection of new "sponsored estate" that increases facility but not effectiveness.

It seems to me that there are now too many risk-averse, secretive, hostile administrators; too many non-medical centric people beavering away in ways that no-longer directly facilitate the treatment of patients, but sometimes actually undermine their care. Senior administrators do not exhibit interest in patients anymore; they talk money, risk, excuse, expediency, secrets and unpublished intent, often overriding concerned parties and whistle blowers. My personal interaction with the NHS, by being in hospital a few times, suggests that staff on the ground floor of the patient interface are dedicated, effective and friendly, yet a bit fearful for their future. They know things are bad.

NHS whistle-blowers are not often heard of in the press, but in the case of convicted killer nurse Lucy Letby it was seen how "blowers" are often suppressed by "those above", who deny problems and refuse to act.

LUCY LETBY - though not really within the context of this article was a nurse who was convicted of killing many children in her charge and her post sentencing review revealed examples of corporate denial and obfuscation, symptomatic of the NHS? Hospital bosses said they were mislead and yet her hospital administrators ignored complaints about her (for fear of bad publicity) and children died during their procrastination; though some are still unsure about her conviction and others think she killed moresome think less. What is obvious is how opaque the upper working of the NHS is and the disquiet about her convictions, which just keeps coming.

Getting back to the NHS; from my hospital bed I observed some people getting the briefest of interactions with staff and subsequently discovered they were "bed-blockers" - people fit enough to leave hospital but not "allowed" to do so because of social care commitments not being fulfilled by other parts of the NHS, or indeed by familial responsibilities/expectations. Bed-blockers cost the NHS billions and are acknowledged by government to be one reason beds are in shortened supply, putting fresh patients at risk by blocking their free flow through the NHS. To put this particular problem into perspective, in the Royal Free Hospital in London between 15-30% of patients are medically fit to be discharged but are unable to leave for a myriad of reason, predicting that of 141,000 beds available to the NHS nationally, up to 42,000 cannot be used. NHS bed blockers lead to corridor blockers and  corridor blockers as those unfortunes destined to suffer on a trolley, often for many, many hours. There are even reported cases of people signing DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) forms so that they never have to endure corridor care again.

The Nuffield Trust has reported bed-blocking numbers to Government for years yet the situation persists for tens of thousands of people and these two bed-blocking cases are particularly striking. A classic case of "bed blocking" and a woman who became like a prisoner in hospital, both caused by supposedly integrated social services failing. The NHS hospitals are doing their job, but social services are happy to renege on their paid responsibilities. (Though I do wonder if parents or family are dragging their feet also).

The NHS no-longer delivers a service. It delivers a fractured and failing amalgamation of ever loosely bonded "facilities" designed to take the heat/demand out of core NHS services; "drop-in centres" exemplify this in that you drop in, they look at you without actual treatment and refer you back into a service no-longer working as it should. Perhaps drop-in centres (or unwanted shopping malls and large department stores) could be repurposed into residential care homes to house ex-patients stuck in NHS beds. The government houses immigrants at the drop of a hat, so why can't they store ex-patients, as indeed they once did in state financed care home beds? (Taking back a role outsourced by councils in the 90's to "save money").

Freeing beds for the sick should be a social priority, for the NHS still continues to waste billions on patients who don't need to be in hospital.

I predict that by 2035 the "NHS" will be an umbrella organisation below which will be a collection of separate corporate service providers responsible for enabling the aims of the "NHS". They will promise to do this if there is money to be had for themselves, though many, like Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH). Will remain fractured and found wanting in many areas of service.

ENOUGH!

Finally, if you don't like your NHS job then leave or move on, as your wages are fair and for some very good indeed, so stop disrupting  or "robbing" from this already ailing service.

If you think this item is a valid critique of the NHS, then pass it on.

Truism (for the avoidance of debt #3)

Your debit card will never lead you into debt (if it have set a zero overdraft facility).

Personal thought - Always use your debit card in preference to you credit card as it will help you manage your spending of your real money, as long as ig has a zero amount overdraft facility that you can set. When it's gone it's gone and your debit card will keep you from debt, unlike your credit card.

This video explains the pitfall of using a debit card overdraft facility.

IRAN reveals itself

By supplying the missiles for the attack on Israel from Gaza and being a supporter of troubles in Yemen and elsewhere, Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) signposted a renewed desire to become a major military power, but why. If their intent was to destabilise their region by antagonising Israel into rash (or deliberate?) actions, then the strike on the Iranian consulate in Syria seems to suggest their aim(s) are being achieved; as have more recent Israeli attacks upon them and their infrastructure, which will lead to a war in which Israel is likely to prevail because it's smaller army is more sophisticated, with greater military capabilities,

Israel will have realised the back-room role Iran is playing in the region, but it seems very doubtful their partial withdrawal from Gaza will assuage anyone's annoyance now, nor hint at what comes next, especially so after Hezbollah attacks from Lebanon into the Golan Heights made Israel invade there too, killing many high ranking Hezbollah personnel, as Benjamin Netanyahu asked the Lebanese to help his forces rid themselves of Iran sponsored Hezbollah. That request fell on deaf ears, but the elimination of many Hezbollah leaders will dampen their regional effectiveness and ability to expedite Iran's desire that Israel dies by a thousand cuts, without openly revealing their long term "gameplay"

Too Old?

Iran's attack on a supposed Israeli "spy headquarters" in northern Iraq and similar aggressions upon Syria and Pakistan (who retaliated of course) revealed their latest desire to become a more significant geopolitical influencer of the middle east, though striking a US military area inside Iraq which killed Americans was ill-advised and must stop if shit is not to hit their fan. Iran is showing off to their regional pals at the moment, hoping for an alliance against Israel, which is perhaps what the original Gaza/Hamas attack was really about? Iran's "leaders" want engineered strife in the region, whilst their people probably just want a stable, unoppressed lifestyle.

Update 14th Apr 2024: Having built tension(s) in the area over many months following the missile strikes and incursion into Israel, with murder and kidnappings, Iran and Israel finally came to blows. These former allies (until 1979) have been bickering for years, but why did Iran attacked Israel?

Israel seems to have been played like a fiddle; having been goaded into an over-the-top response to the "Palestinian" invasion from Gaza they have brought upon themselves global condemnation, enough for the self-appointed regional "white knight" (Iran) to feel justified in now "reprimanding" Israel. This is bad news, but possibly the fulfilment of "someone's" desire for instability in the region, for the long-term eradication of Israel.

Iran seemingly wants war with Israel, with a view to supremacy in the middle east, but former US President Biden's condemnation of Iran's brazen act, in which over 300 cruise missiles were inbound for Israel, will be ignored (for now) by Iran, because Israel has thus far done little more than put themselves on military high alert, choosing to savour their (inevitable) response and it's consequence(s). They are happy to promote the "success" of their defence systems, though it is telling that the USA had the intelligence to warn Israel, yet refused to be involve in any retaliatory strike(s), the first of which occurred on Thursday 18th April 2024 when Israel (alone) executed a missile strike onto an Iranian town hosting a major airbase and large missile production complexes. This war is official, we are seeing the first act of a simmering play and nothing good will come of it; Israel have been goaded into a long-term regional conflict and are being "played" into a war, starting with Lebanon's Hezbollah. (What is Hezbollah in Lebanon?)

Howsoever this regional scenario was engineered, Iran is in their enterprise for a long haul, for not only are they targeting mainland Israel, they desire a de-facto embargo of goods into Israel as Iranian forces  began to seize Israel-linked ships.

Iran's aspirations seems set without major internal changes, so now (May 2024) one has to ask, was the death of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi, in a mysterious helicopter, an accident or engineered?  Is his death the first step to change in Iran or merely the consolidation of political controls to the supreme leader  Ali Khameei? Time will tell ........

Update 6th Jul 2024: The electorate spoke and reformer Massoud Pezeshkian was elected to be the the new president of Iran (not the ultimate voice there), possibly signposting Iran's internal reviewing of their standing and responsibilities in that region; or the restlessness for change of the voters.

Update 3rd Aug 2024: Whatever Iran's aims or expectations are in their region, they seem keen to keep swimming in deep waters, for such is their proxy war efforts against Israel in particular that the USA has been triggered into an overt stance in the region, ostensibly in support of Israel, though they still condemn the genocide ongoing in Gaza. Such is the region's dogma on many "sides" that all parties argue their greater "rights" and continue to kill, subjugate, terrify, curtail or ruin the aspiration of millions of innocents to just live a "normal" life, unfettered by political, religious, power-hungry war-mongers.

Update 25th Oct 2024: This is it then, Israel has spoken and struck out directly and decisively at Iran who can no longer skulk in the shadows of their mercenary's actions. They were called out by Israel and it's time for them to put-up or shut-up. To escalate or not. Whatever they wish(ed) for in that region is now becoming the main event.

Update 10th Mar 2025: With the sudden overthrow of the Syrian dictatorship of Assad and the decimation of Hezbollah's leadership by Israeli actions, an unstable power vacuum occurred, meaning Iran has to be overt or retiring in its stance toward Israel, for its regional aspirations seem to be shattering. They still need to come to terms with internal but wide-spread simmering resentment of Iran's national mismanagement amongst its population and it can only be hoped that the new Syrian head man can bring some stability to the region, something that seems possible following him signing a new constitution endorsing Syria's 5-year transition plan back to normalcy.

Update 15th Jun 2025: With a de-facto war erupting between Israel and Iran, it seems their provocations of the past have come home to roost and where that will lead is anyone's guess now that internal dissent is apparent.

Update 22nd Jun 2025: After ostensibly standing on the side-line whilst irritating and disrupting neighbours for many years, using regional proxy forces and threatening "death to America and Israel", Iran's time has come: They have been called-out by the USA, whose gloves are now off signalling their support of Israel, with spectacular bombing and the obliteration of many Iranian sites.

Update 9th Dec 2026: Internal domestic pressure continues to rise in Iran; originally started by shop owners protesting about inflationary trends precipitated by global trade sanctions, displays of discontent by the general populace are now nationwide and internal violence by "the state" against its people has caused the death of thousands as the revolutionary guard are being told to change their ways by the populace. Trump has warned Iran to not continue killing its protesters as they themselves become more violent.

What is wrong with "British" parents?

What on earth is wrong with the recent generations of parents in the United Kingdom? Why will they not ensure their children are vaccinated when their time comes due, even as the UK loses its Measles elimination standing and a deadly Measles outbreak flare-up kills a child, when a Chickenpox epidemic is predicted, as so few children are inoculated. Why are parents so blasé about their responsibility.

Unlike my generation, modern parents are not as trusting of anything said by "officials", but are more than happy to trust their own judgement by predicting "their" child will not catch and spread the likes of Mumps, Measles, Chickenpox, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Rubella, Typhus, Diphtheria and even Polio (from Pakistan), some of which can kill or severely maim their precious child(ren). Of these mumps is regarded as the most innocuous, but it can cause fitting and leave boys sterile. If you can't get to a vaccination centre, they may come to you and your kids, so call them!

I wonder how enraged parents would be following infection in their child or themselves via another unvaccinated child? Whooping Cough is particularly easy to transmit and is killing children to this day, as does Measles.

UK vaccinations for children are free so use them you fools. I don't care that you think they do not  work, that you are in a suspicious-minded ethnic group or have some crack-pot religious reasoning. Just do it and don't play with your child's health. The rest of the world believe in inoculation so why don't you? If worried about it, click here.

We know it makes sense

Smallpox killed millions but vaccination eradicated it globally

N.B. British parents are not unique in their misguided mistrust of inoculation, as illustrated by a localised but lethal Measles outbreak in Texas and a downturn globally, attributed to social media generated mistrust, the proliferation of wars and disruption to services by natural (climate change) consequences. Even sophisticated countries such as Canada and the US are not immune to willful ignorance.

The only winners in the innoculation war are the diseases and we don't want to go back there do we?

The black arts

Sometimes in life it is what you don't properly see, what you cannot properly hear or that you cannot fathom that disturbs or actually frightens you the most. We get half a story, a whisper or a fleeting glimpse and our mind will fill in the blanks, envisioning to "us" what "it" want's. Indeed, without such a facility to fashion images to our consciousness, human sight would be very stressful indeed, as scientific investigation and those unfortunate to suffering anomalies of the mind have testified. Take theses few images as vey simple examples.

We know this is a motionless picture, but you try telling that to your mind. It's trying to deliver a sensible picture to "you", based in its life of experiences, but it can't decide, so you may be seeing the beads move, but even using one eye alone, many people will perceive two central troughs in what you know is just a flat picture.

This picture is flat but your brain has probably decide you are looking at a distant, probably moving, circular pattern through a patterned card with a hole in it. The change in the scale of the outer patterns suggest depth, the fuzz circles imply great distance, so your brain falls back on its rules of sight and gives you the impression you are no doubt experiencing now. Intriguingly I tried this on a friend and their experience was different to mine; that the card held a magnifying lens held over a spotty background.

Here's a good one of the nurse Florence Nightingale,
best revealed by moving the image around with your eyes fixed in a stare.

Wiggle image to see Vincent Van Gough

Watch this YouTube video and be amazed at how your brain messes with what you see, as does this one

Anyway, I think we are at a point of attention when I can tell you of my personal interest. I asked myself the question , "If your mind fills in bits, how will a picture change if you slowly remove or alter bits of it, thereby forcing your mind to add its bits to give it's meaning of what your eye is seeing?"

After fiddling about with images I realised your mind is pretty quick at spotting what is missing and doesn't seem to make up anything of its own, but that if you darken an image, or bits of it to a point of abstraction, you brain starts to add or interpret until it is satisfied the "message" to you makes sense.

Dump Trump 'cos he's a chump (with Bohemian Trumpsody)

Let me say this please, Trump's desire to make America great again is akin to masturbation: It feels great for a while but ultimately you are left on your own. He is still hands-on the phallus of the USA but it is slowly going down.

The rest of the world, much to his apparent surprise and eventual recognition, are preparing to also play hardball and basically give him the finger. Sure, his trade is good to have but his hubris is proving unacceptably hard to swallow. As the rest of the world adjusts, the USA might just need new friends, whilst Trump's actions at home, with removal of food aid, health assistance and heavy handed homeland actions and directives may lead to intolerance by the masses, making me think he wants to actually break the USA; indeed, many ask when does friendship become a traitor's action.

TRUMP WON, ALLOWED TO DO SO BY A JUDICIAL SYSTEM THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND AN AMERICAN VOTING POPULATION THAT DEFIES (my) UNDERSTANDING. GOOD LUCK USA!

TRUMP LOVES TRUMP and his ego knows no bounds - he and his coterie will ruin America, your reputation, your economy and your former friends' desire to care about you. Why did you do this to yourselves America?

Just weeks into the job the despotic bullying began.

Trump is open about his America comes first policy and his nationalistic desires are well documented.

Trump's desire is to interfere in the social rights (and wrongs) he perceives in American society and those of other countries.

Trump is open about protecting American jobs, thereby portraying his party as a party for "legal" workers, whilst those he deems to be "illegals" are identified and arrested or camped.

Trump is using populist actions to thereby build-up his party and his base of avid supporters who swear by him. Their allegiance seems absolute.

To any reader with an understanding of recent (1930s) history you may be aware of what I am alluding to. Trump's party trust their leader implicitly to make their nation great again and the rest of the world must just hope things don't get out of hand, again. Trump will make America great again in their eyes, in their terms, but will undermine global goodwill toward them. The bias Trump exhibits toward the  Russians gives rise to a question: Is Trump a soviet agent and does his willingness to use the forces of the state against his own citizens suggest is he not a patriot, but an aspiring dictator (to the world)?

---- Original Article ----

Attention USA! Wake up for God's sake and get your leaders in order, or better still retire some of them, especially Trump AND Biden, who are too old for office and have had their time. Why not even elect a woman because what you are offered is seriously flawed?

We Europeans, for the most part, regard Donald Trump to be a dangerously smug narcissistic idiot criminal (along with other traits!), whose diktats to "make America great again" (to how it was up to the 70's), will probably precipitate some sort of social implosion there; you have enough explosive factions, such as Jews, Blacks, Hispanics, Illegals and of course, good old Whitey: all chomping at their bits to aggravate each other, but "you", sane electorate, must sort out this mess.

Start by retiring Biden (just about dead) and dump Trump because he's a chump-tyrant (growing a little moustache?). Of those two, Trump will screw you because Trump loves Trump alone and his history is nothing to be proud about, so pleaseUSA , US ,, Donald Trump , Trump , Biden , Biden and Trump , Trump and Biden

Dump Trump 'cos he's a chump maniac

(Pass it on!)

Here's a thought about old leaders

Bohemian Trumpsody
When Brits put their minds to anything they can produce brilliance combined with wit and erudition, such as this withering condemnation of Donald Trump, by the Marsh Family; but when Brits are belittled and undermined and publicly attacked (Mr. President), they will often fight back, sometimes illogically, because they collectively think, "that's not right". We do not have to host your military stations in the UK nor respect former agreements if the USA (Trump) shows us little to no respect.

---- Later Additions To This Article ----

Trump has around him his "yes men" (and women) who gain empowerment solely by his patronage, without which many would be socially and politically irrelevant and truly respected by few. Their decisions and actions, however bizarre or spiteful go unquestioned only because of Trump, but to start firing members of their military, merely because of a feeling of being undermined is bullying of the highest order. A good example of this came as fall-out following Vice-President JD Vance's visit to Greenland

Trump wants Greenland! - an independent sovereign state who do not want, nor need him, but  Greenland falls into the USA's stated geographic "sphere of influence", so Trump thinks he can have it; but Alaska? is it in another "sphere of influence", that of Russia (its closest neighbour) and might they think Trump's rhetoric is good and then want Alaska for themselves?

Trump loves pulling the gear levers of state but God help us all. "Peacekeeper Trump" can't have Greenland (yet?) so he had a go at Venezuela.

Update January 3rd 2026: What is happening between Venezuela and the USA?

Update February 4th 2026: Though my thoughts about Trump remain conflicted, there may be a logic unknown, that only he and a few know. What altered my mind-state was an insightful YouTube video I happened upon. It opened my eyes to the dire state the USA seems have got itself into and the impetus for the impetuous actions Trump pulls out of his hat. May I recommend you watch this long video for it is globally alarming

Final thought: Trump's partial demolition of the White House, a federal building he does not own, nor has permission to alter, and the replacement of former president Joe Biden's portrait in the White House, shows gross disrespect for his own office of state and how his petty childish mind is prone to work. Let us hope Trump's portrait is quickly replaced with that of a horse's butt (That's my childish mind!)

Truism (to preserve a perspective on race)

Racism and tribalism are both faces of the same coin.

Imagine a world without this tribe

Personal thought - I prefer the term tribalism to racism as the "natural" response to each other is recognition and respect until incursion of tribal lands and mores occurs. Imagine there were no white people at all in the world, racism would still exist: Blacks vs Asians, Tutsi vs Hutus - you get my drift.

Remove racism from our language to substitute tribalism and we all get closer to the historical root of hatred of some by others?

Clickbait

This is clickbait: an image (or text) intended to deceive you into supposing a specific story or topic is behind it, when in reality it turns out not to be so. In the most banal pieces the content is rubbish, deceiving or insulting (to you) and should be called out as such if you are invited to comment.

Clickbait is becoming a scourge of social media and I am fed up of it, especially so on Racebook where opportunistic click-chasers will post up very contentious statements (Rage-baiting) or open ended questions, then sit back as people argue about it, or comment endlessly about its stupidity; whether it be bootube, racebook, blugger, ticcock, smelegraph, shyspace, pastagram, breaditt, bumsnet, or any other dumping ground for some duckwitt's ego (such as mine in this I imagine you saying), I am sick of wasting my life being enticed and then shafted by the greed for click payments by people not deserving of their algorithm-driven (supposed) popularity. If you agree pass this crap on.

Rant over; now enlarge the picture to reveal this persons breasts. Told you - clickbait!

Final thought: Online newspapers are surely becoming the worst global perpetrators of clickbait and even the BBC is not immune from a desperate desire to have their output read. This item from them is NOT about the hottest (single) day ever recorded.

See subtle BBC clickbait here ... and the BBC being not so subtle.

Another BBC clickbait conspiring to publicise a new film, on the back of a baby birth.

The BBC being good here ...

FINALLY - Don't get me started on Rage Bait.

Out of order my Lord (camel's back)

Dear reader,

I am giving up on this entry as it tedious, dispiriting and intensely annoying in equal measure, winding me up to a point of irrationality. In these times illegal immigrants are mostly "runaways" looking to better themselves alone, to escape their country which is probably no good for a reason. Our  governments, of recent decades, have no stomach to deliver what the settled indigenous population (of whites, blacks, Asians) wants. Governments have thrown prodigious amounts of money at this problem and failed. We need a paradigm shift of seismic proportion and we need it soon, before riotous behaviour ensues. Hanging flags by usually mild mannered people is the "smoke" of simmering revolt.

The latest Government's policy statement will likely fail, though plans to seize mobile phones from illegal immigrants without the need of an arrest will likely reveal much valuable intelligence. (Why has it taken several years for anyone to come up with this effective idea?)

My paradigm shift for what it's worth is to pick-up illegal immigrants as normal, identify them as is normal and then immediately say, "welcome and off you go!" - no support, no housing, no hotels, no feeding, no taxis, no wasted taxes supporting them in any way. Tell them that though they think their life was bad where they came from, they can try it over here without any support whatsoever. People will say crime and shoplifting will rise, herds of roaming sullen illegals will result; to which I'd say no change there, but this country will not be burning literally billions of pounds to cater for unwanted and illegal visitors. When they get ready to move on, they would merely enter a police station and say I no-longer wish to be here.

You may continue to read my thoughts, written over three years, but are words really anything more than a delaying tactic.

---------- Original entry started in 2023 ----------

Two BBC reporters managed to detect and arrange the arrest of a "king pin" of illegal migration into the UK over the last ten years. "Scorpion" was even interviewed in Iraq before his arrest. How can these two achieve what the weight of many Governments couldn't? This question should have been an election question, not least because the BBC keep doing it and did it again by tracking and interviewing another smuggler, and a criminal group in Germany offering "whole trip" deals to illegal immigrants. Do the Germans not have any effective intelligence services either? True to their investigative skills the BBC embarrass the whole of the British "protective" services, by exposing yet another cross-channel smuggling gang and its members  These perpetrators should be rounded-up, interrogated by the military, for intelligence, and despatched. Click here to see evidence gathered by the BBC.

Whilst you are here, watch this BBC report from a French beach of illegal immigrants setting off for England in record health numbers, where the majority are just sick of their apparent impunity to drop in on us whenever the traffickers say so. This has been going on for years, we have paid the French authorities millions and millions of wasted pounds and literally billions on immigrants who arrive (as if by magic) with a vast array of excuses for wanting to be in the UK. My god, do we not have any workable strategies to stop this human tsunami? If the BBC can literally walk over to their boat, why won't the French do the same and disable it? It's rubber - puncture it! Seems like they are listening and that this cheap fix is being used.

The French don't want the migrants anymore than we do, yet they do like the colour of our money AND they blame the UK for their immigrant problems, perhaps with some truth if this video is not a scam, for it shows original immigrant boats impounded in the UK being loaded onto a lorry to be re-used in France. Why are such boats not destroyed immediately?

I'm no fan of the Express but here they have a point.

I think you get the picture. I know that just stopping people getting off the beaches is grasping the wrong end of this problem and that in Oct 2024 there was heartening progress in France, and Holland, followed by convictions abroad and here in the UK (and again in the UK), but this problem seems intractable, expensive and destabilising in Western Europe and yet, once again, the BBC can track down and interview a life-long people smuggler, then just to prove the apparent ineptitude of the UK government, they uncover and pursue another one. The British government recently announced another £75 million to tackle the problem, but my antipathy of their solutions makes me say don't give it to the French, give it to your political opposition, the Reform Party, for they seem to have the stomach for the task in-hand. They can't do any worse then the political filibustering that has occurred in this country for the last few decades, as public resentment of immigrants continues to simmer on its way to boiling  and revolt, as it seems to have happened in Ballymena in Northern Ireland.

The only positive decision, after years of waste is a deceptively simple statement from the government (in Feb 2025) that no-matter how you get into the UK, if you are deemed an illegal immigrant you will NEVER be granted UK citizenship, no-matter how long you manage to "hang-around" in the UK. If  you didn't go through "official channels" prior to arriving you are subject to immediate deportation. If this message becomes widespread immigration may be reduced, but my cynicism makes me thinks not for ejecting/deporting people remains difficult if they refuse to identify their true nationality, assuming of course a country will have them back (without the sort of huge leverage the USA can impose). As an add-on to this announcement, I'd like to see former immigrants such as this or this who go on to smuggle others into the country, or facilitate employment for illegals, have their citizenship revoked before being deported. Their partners/kids could stay if they wished. The Church and some unions are against this new approach but I think the church should sort-out their own problems (child abuse) and the unions protect the expectations of their own members, rather than others from overseas

After I read this and then this I nearly boiled over, for I am truly dismayed by the hand-wringing, politically correct, ineffective, wasteful, procrastinating, bull-shitters calling themselves the former British government cabinet, "the Tory party" or "the Conservatives" (or whatever); they truly were a bunch of spineless, frightened people who, in this example of aforementioned traits, would rather put unacceptable stress into the lives of students, just trying to get a university education to the ultimate betterment of this country (UK), than upset supporters of their ilk (parasitic lawyers, weak law-makers, whinging rights-activists, mis-aligned social support groups, et al).

By the way, don't think I'm for Labour, or the rest, just because I'm berating the Tories, because if any of them thought enough of their country we might hear some constructive words and offers of allegiance in cases of national crisis occasionally, instead of unceasing flatulent moaning about how bad the former Conservative government left things.

Net immigration into the UK seems to be an Intractable problem and I think that new initiatives will prove even more expensive and still ineffective. The bottom line is that the message going back up the line to prospective illegal immigrants is just not painful enough and that the billions of pounds squandered on "asylum" seekers is being exposed to the wider public, who are rightly fed-up to the back teeth of this whole debacle.

Listen to me I represent your Government!

When will government ever address the illegal (unauthorised) immigrants and the issues they bring with them and how can they counter the righteous feelings of entitlement some seem to arrive with?

When will government finally "grow a pair", bite on a bullet and set in train a cohesive process that effectively sends back a "message" to all using and benefitting from the vile trade of people smuggling? Greece seems to be at the forefront of resistive force against illegal immigrant attempts to get in there, whilst Poland, Denmark and Sweden have already arrived at a point where their societies no-longer accept the "rights" of migrants merely looking for a better life, an easier living (as they see it) or a life away from internal feuds from whence they came. Their politics and politicians are hardening and there will be troubled times there for all; Poland will not accept any immigrants at all, whilst others are insisting true refugees (who go "home" when able) are granted temporary residency for that period alone. At the top tables of Europe, the response(s) to "detected" illegal immigrants hardens and amongst the masses in the UK, where we (are told to) welcome refugees, there is simmering resentment toward government and "illegals".

When will we stop wasting monumental amounts of public money in this country and abroad? - France, I want our money back, for you lot are taking the piss, and "Project Rwanda" costs (@£700,000,000.00) produced nothing and reflect a government squandering money given as tax, supposedly for the benefit UK, not Rwanda. If the government want to exile illegal immigrants, why don't we send them to South Georgia, near the Falkland Islands?

The "message" should be that life is no more fulfilling here than the lives many illegal immigrants would have, had they stayed in the place(s) they have fled or passed through, and that instead of wasting shed-loads of their money (or loans) to traffickers, they should use it to apply, through legal channels, for a life in this (my) country.

I want us to invite selected immigrants to this country, not just disperse them around the country like so much night-soil, in the hope that the legal tax payers here will not spot them, nor care until hotels, student accommodation, ex-military bases and rented houses (of multiple occupancy) fill-up beside them. For those that do get here without their invitation in hand I want immediate incarceration off-shore*, not community care with all the leakage that occurs from that into the black economy, criminality, prostitution, slavery and organised crime groups. Chucking students out of their accommodation to store illegal immigrants is not a sane solution, though somewhere down the line the complicit owners of said student accommodation will, no doubt, be doing very nicely thankyou.

* Incarceration off-shore means abroad or in international waters, by which "illegals" never get a legal toe-hold of acknowledgement that they have any right to UK residency, nor can they leach into the general populace uninvited. There must be many ocean-going ex cruise ships going cheap (after Covid), that could provide "luxurious" accommodation and security from which migrants could be granted entry or asked to get used to being at sea, or asked if they want assistance back to where they've came from. This will cost millions of course, but "they" are wasting that anyway and before you (readers) all go off on one, please know I am not against migration, just illegal and unmanaged migration and to those that travel they should know that though they may speak English, they have no right to drop-in when they like, in anyway they like, for as long as they like, in ever increasing numbers. Offshoring is not just a UK aspiration and many European countries are considering their stance, with Italy almost ready to implement their plan.

On a much lighter note, some illegal immigrants are statistically crazy, like this "tribe" in Scotland.

-- ROUND 2 --

To volunteers or self appointed aid workers in European states receiving the largest waves of immigrants, such as Italy, Spain, Greece and especially France (who merely expedite the passage of illegal immigrants through their country to the UK), I say you help no-one, because your actions are at the very least complicit in the migration of illegal arrivals and ignores the international rules for refugees, (seek refuge at the first point of safe contact before returning later), by assisting migration for the betterment of a life(style). Just because you volunteer to assist in the migration of hopeful migrants means nothing less than helping the illegal act of human trafficking.

Illegal refugees are the problem for the whole of western Europe, but aiding their flow merely perpetuates that flow. For the billions wasted by recipient countries to "process" those they receive, perhaps that money could be better utilised with a new maritime iron curtain that repels invaders in the time honoured way, such is the scale of the gratuitous and flagrant human trafficking industry now.

From some readers I may get applause and from many more condemnation. I am indigenous "white", which some may see as my problem, but now also many first, second and third generation "immigrants" (who by definition of their legal residency are now British), are themselves asking why their earlier struggles for acceptance in the bad old days are being undermined by those who expect only open arms following their illegal, probably self-induced, harrowing journey. Such "gen1" immigrants, for example in the English town of Peterborough with a 25% new immigrant population, are now expressing their (rightful) voices. I think it also telling that the most popular new birth registrations are for "Muhammad" and variants, for the last two years.

In the scheme of things the ineffective UK government's (in)actions are small fry, but if I were a camel right now I'd be needing a back surgeon and though I know this is a rant into a void of indifference, help this country, please.

-- ROUND 3 --

The UK is in decline, but most importantly it is full and unable to serve it's existing population. It is not a land of dreams anymore and does not offer wealth, greater freedom(s), nor great opportunities.  To free-loaders of any kind, who may expect a hand-out, we are already broke and it's not worth your money (smuggling costs), nor efforts for your family or children in getting to the UK.

To "true" refugees the UK should continue to offer temporary refuge (Ukraine and Gaza at this time) with the expectation of (forced) return following your agreed period of refuge. To those people your mindset should be that of  a POW - to get home as soon as possible (please).

People / Km2 - The UK is officially full - stay away!

If you think I'm not alone in thinking this way, just pass on a link to the page, as my commenting is now finished.

-- ROUND 4 --

The UK is loved by many but its ineffective "processes" seem unable to detect and eject "wrong-uns" and is breaking apart what was once a cohesive and tolerant British society. I have grave doubts that even now settled first and second wave immigrants will tolerate the flimsy, hand-wringing, money wasting, procrastination that has been the illegal immigration mantra from successive UK governments since the 90's. Here's more depressing crap to read ...

Perhaps this is a message to amplify

No messing there nor here

There is going to be extreme actions in Europe.

The Prime minster has finally picked up on the sentiment of his electorate

Trying to save £8million pound a day? - more like pre-election manoeuvring

You'd think things pertaining to illegal immigrants couldn't get any weirder and then this appears in the news. Charging an illegal immigrant with The manslaughter of fellow illegal immigrants whilst on the high seas does no-one other than parasitic lawyers any good. He's not even British and the act was at sea, so why do we have to prosecute and possibly house him in prison (at our expense). If I hear more of meddling, profiteering "human rights lawyers" with regard to illegal immigrants I'm going to scream.

-- ROUND 5 --

What's the point in me shouting into a void of apathy, for few read this blog; just read these examples and tell your friends if you wish.

Mohammed - aspires to be a basketball player

This bloke dreams of becoming a basketball star, as he believes he'd be good at it, so he's prepared to pay a smuggler to get him to Europe so he can pass through to the USA. He is a classic example of many who merely dream of a "better life". He should get off his arse and strive to effect the life changes he dreams of right there where he is and certainly have no kids until he gets sorted. Why do we process such people with "due diligence". They  should be imprisoned upon arrival, then booked on a journey home?

= & =

Talib Rasul want's to stay in the UK

Why do we allow people like this to remain in the UK. He arrived here illegally, committed a sex crime, fled back to somewhere outside the UK, then smuggled himself and family back to the UK, thinking authorities would forget about his sex crime. Get this person out of the country.

= & =

Moroccan Ahmed Alid (murdering asylum seeker)

This fundamentalist from Morocco came seeking asylum in the UK after years of drifting around Europe (which I am certain is a safe refuge), but after becoming a criminal in Germany he thought he'd try his hand in the UK. He is an extremist of Islam who's residency claim was ongoing until he expressed his displeasure of Israel's action in Gaza, by randomly murdering a defenceless 71years old man, by stabbing him. Why should the UK now look after him in a UK prison rather than deporting him into the hands of the Moroccan police, to serve is life sentence there. We don't need any more nutters thank you.

= & =

Moroccan Hamza Faide (not fit to stay in the UK)

This chap is an ongoing asylum seeker who should be sent "home", for rather than trying to be on his best behaviour whilst his appeal is processed, he decided an altercation between a father and child, where he grabbed at the child and whipped his victim with his own dog's lead, was his best course of action. Already prosecuted in this country for thievery his past actions alone should terminate his appeal, unless he's now professing to be a church sponsored Christian (whatever they are).

= & =

Deng Chong Majek

Victim watched by Sudanese killer

The UK controls the entry of animals better than illegal immigrants as this piece of Trash from Sudan, who is still seeking asylum here, revealed his true nature by an abhorrent act upon an unrelated woman that he stabbed 23 times with a screwdriver. (She died 3 days later). He followed 27-year-old Rhiannon Whyte to a train station near his "hotel", at which she worked, attacked her and then returned to the hotel to chat with friends and dance to some music. He denied in court that CCTV And DNA did not incriminate him, though the jury took only two hours to pass his guilty verdict. I'd like to spit on his unmarked grave.

= & =

Kidnapping rapists from Hull who should be sent "home"

I am sick to death of reading (common) news items like this. These animals, no doubt thankful for the refuge they desire(d) in the UK, kidnapped and collectively raped a woman, whilst pretending to be a taxi service. They each raped her, demanded £20 for the taxi service, then threw her out. Bastards! If you see them in prison now, why not reprimand them in a way they may understand.

= & =

Ngoc Nguyen and Hai Hoang (Vietnamese who need to be sent home)

Here's a pair of Vietnamese ne'er-do-wells (2 of many), here without permission, who need to be sent home - don't waste time and resources and money putting these industrial scale Cannabis cultivators in prison: make their sentence "to be send back home". They may not be the ring leaders, but they came uninvited to the UK and knew they were breaking our laws. I do not want them here. I don't want us to tolerate people like this.

= & =

Paulius Juknys - deport him and his family now

Here's yet another criminal coming to the UK illegally and thinking they can do what they like. Instead of wasting our money housing him in prison for 4 years, he and his family should be deported back to their country of origin: make his sentence "to be send back home".

= & =

Brwa Shorsh - back to Kurdistan please

A Kurdish and homeless migrant (illegal or otherwise), Brwa Shorsh, 24, deliberately and without provocation pushed a Polish immigrant (settled and working as a postman) onto a live subway line, meters in front of an approaching train. He was upset that the postman "looked at him funny"! This nutcase has been found guilty and should be deported as an undesirable back to Kurdistan to serve his sentence or not. We don't want him or need the costs of his prison sentence - just send him back please before he gets into more trouble.

= & =

Romanian Ioan Pintaru - child killer in the UK

Here's yet another uninvited "visitor" causing mayhem in the UK, by stabbing an 11year old girl 8 times, this Romanian national was homeless yet not finding life so bad here that he did not return there. Whatever his excuse for staying in the UK he has none now. He should be tried, sentenced and then forcibly be sent back to Romania to do his time there, for he does not deserve the costly "luxury" of a UK cell; neither does this Congolese import, who some reason (what reason exactly?) could not be deported back there.

= & =

Abdul Shokoor Ezedi (Cowardly attacked woman and injured himself)

Here's another "refugee" who sought UK sanctuary, this time from Afghanistan, who has consistently abused our hospitality. Sending this sexually assaulting, thief and acid-throwing vile piece of shit back into the cess-pit from whence ha came should be the norm. He should be easy to find (£20,000 reward) as he managed to pour the corrosive over his own face. No arguments now, just put him on a (military) plane and drop him off "home"; for assaulting and disfiguring a woman and two children, with whom he'd had a relationship, he has no excuse whatsoever. Like I said: a piece of shit who succinctly illustrates our failing immigration processing.

Update - 20th Feb 2024: CCTV analysis tracked him across London for over two hours, leading to a police conclusion, "that he entered the Thames and drowned"; seemingly confirmed by a recovered body wearing clothes very similar to Ezedi's, though I would have thought a half melted face would have been proof positive. He got the death he deserved, but the fact he was both sponsored and then shunned by the church, because of his misbehaviour, is an indictment of the church's meddling in-house immigrant processing; why can't they understand that "conversion" to Christianity (whatever that is these days) is merely a tactic to prevent them ever being sent back to where they lived.
