Your debit card will never lead you into debt (if it have set a zero overdraft facility).
Personal thought - Always use your debit card in preference to you credit card as it will help you manage your spending of your real money, as long as ig has a zero amount overdraft facility that you can set. When it's gone it's gone and your debit card will keep you from debt, unlike your credit card.
